Received 5x bonus points instead of 10x for Redken Jumbo shampoo and conditioner - anyone else have this happen?

I bought the jumbo Redken shampoo and conditioner (I clicked on the offer and made sure they were on the 10x point offer). I also had a $10 off $50 plus purchase and used that. The total was $94 and I received just over 500 points.

I thought I would receive 940 points. I bought the jumbos today as back ups because the points would put me over the 2000 mark. Otherwise I’d have waited until the Jumbo Sale.

Anyone else get less than expected points on Redken shampoo and conditioner?
