This is infuriating
Uber eats has a class action lawsuit on their hands if they continue with this. So I ordered some Wendy’s and the driver “dropped it off” At a location that is not my porch/house, and can’t even be located due to the black photo. I tipped $10 on this order by the way. How is my order that never arrived not eligible for a refund???
After the phone being sent to voicemail 2 times, I was finally able to get in touch, to which the driver would not answer my question as to where it was left while saying “I dropped it off” over and over again.
This is the first time something like this has happened and I’m beyond livid. I contacted the chat and have a case open, but it’s so infuriating how u can tip someone $10 for a delivery and they steal from you—AND Uber does nothing about it. It’s just unfair.
