US Mobile App Support Lag - Still an Issue?
I've been using the US Mobile app and noticed a pretty frustrating issue with their chat support. Even when I'm on high-speed WiFi and testing across all three networks, there's a significant lag time in getting responses. I've tried this without using a VPN or anything else that might interfere.
I know there have been some discussions about this in the past, but I'm wondering if anyone else is still experiencing this issue. It's really disappointing when you need help quickly and it feels like you're waiting forever.
My Setup: - Networks: Tested on all three (WARP, Dark Star, Light Speed) - Connection: High-speed WiFi - No VPN
Has anyone else had a similar experience recently? Have things improved for you, or is this still a problem?
