USF st. pete, FGCU, or Eckerd?

Hi, I an a hs senior this year, graduating in 2025. My top three schools are ^. I want to major in marine biology! I’m looking for a little guidance and advice when picking from these schools! Here are some things that are important to me! - Good school and programs for marine biology - access to a beach - party life (not a PARTY SCHOOL but NOT lame) - good area (food, clubs, activities)
