Dependent EAD

I and my wife both are physicians. We both applied for adjustment of status independently. I have my approved EAD. My AOS application has been filed in July, still awaiting for approval. I have been accepted to a fellowship starting next July. I am hoping to get my GC before that. To be on safe side I was thinking can I apply EAD being my wife’s dependent since I have already approved EAD and my AOS application is in review? I have to leave this job to start my fellowship.
