Fraud - again - third time in 6 weeks.

I had USAA call me today about potential account takeover, no money taken from that instance today. They didn't get into my account, but told me they had my birthday and member number, but couldn't get past the verification steps.

Just now I accidentally clicked on my credit card account and see an $11,850.25 charge pending on my credit card...no clue how they got in. As I am on the phone right now, two charges have been declined for $1,899.25, so they are trying to use is now as I am on the phone with USAA.

Does anyone know how to change their member number? I have changed my passwords, PIN, and username three times since September. At this point, I'm about to close all services with USAA and go to Navy Federal for everything.
