Frustrating Experience with UPS
I ordered a heavy closet from Temu but couldn’t fix it, so I arranged a return. Temu told me to contact UPS for a pickup. UPS customer service scheduled one, but the driver refused to come up, citing rules. I called again, and customer service said he should come up. Later, the facility staff told me otherwise.
There’s zero synchronicity between customer service and the facility—super cold responses and no real help. I explained my back problem, offered to assist, and even got building management’s permission, yet they still refused.
To make things worse, I was initially told the pickup fee was $15, but after multiple calls, I was charged $21—and still no assistance. What’s the point of offering a pickup service if it doesn’t help customers who really need it?
I’ve spent hours calling back and forth. As a paying customer with no one to assist me, I feel abandoned. Where’s the humanity? #FrustratedCustomer
