Extreme work stress on MJ
Hi all,
I am currently going through a tough spot in work / life, so stress levels through the roof.
Whole my life wished my stress response was not to eat, instead of consuming thousands of calories. Got the "be careful what you wish for" situation.
I can feel hunger pangs and dizziness from undereating, but my brain is telling me everything looks disgusting or that it's not time to eat. I've dropped from steady 1600 kcal a day to having to eat a protein shake and 900kcal in a meal at night for whole day to catch up at least a bit. All food just feels repulsive during the day, I keep forgetting to drink water.
On the other hand thankfully MJ finally showed me my job is not sustainable long term and I need to make life adjustments, before MJ everything would have been blurred by McDonald's.
Anyone else?
