I just had a thought regarding the whole Psionic thing.

What are the odds that those old, secret government programs like MK Ultra(I think was one) had nothing to do with making “psychic soldiers”(which is how I’ve always viewed it)…and everything to do with figuring out how to capture/maintain/control UAP’s?

Makes me wonder what other programs we actually know about that were tied to UAP in some way, but were always presented as something different.
