Options for indoor cooking

We recently had a small power outage and I realized that we don’t have efficient ways to cook most of the stuff in my deep pantry. We have a charcoal grill and a blackstone, so not completely up the creek, but it would be a pain to cook repeatedly on either in these cold temperatures. What are your recommendations for a camp stove or other option to store for emergencies?
