Just Got A GoXLR I'ts Hurting My Brain

so i use streamlabs obs im connecting each audio track to my dials on the go xlr so i can adjust each volume as i like but for the life of me it just doesnt work my microphone dial works just fine but for example the one for music it turns down the music in my headset but not on stream even though its connected to obs. Aswell as that i dont know if its a streamlabs obs problem but i cant seem to have 4 audio tracks one for each dial i can only have 3 is there a way to add more and how do i fix the dials plz help
