Annual Transcript of the previous education years?

Hello everyone, I'm doing an application on US Embassy in Tunisia and they're asking me for my annual transcript of 2022/2023 and 2023/2024, I asked my mother and father about this and they said they have no idea how to get it, I would appreciate any kind of help!!
