Anyone still have low-grade fever 2-3 months after starting treatment?

Initially i thought this mild fever was just a side effect of drugs, but body temperature peaks at around 37.5 C in late afternoon and evening while I take the medicines in the morning.

The fever seems to be natural response of the immune system to the bacteria. But it seems odd that i still have no improvement despite that 2 months of Intensive phase was supposed to kill most bacteria.

I brought this question to doctor and he said that my body might have slow response to drug and i'm having spinal TB which take the drug longer to be effective. If that's true (and i hope so), how popular is having mild fever after first 2 months? Is it too soon to consider that i have drug-resistant TB?
