Phase rush garen

Whaddup lads,

I'm pretty new to trynda and has some pretty good success but where I've fallen hard twice is phase rush garen, how do you beat this, everyone ive played against so far goes phase rush, ghost, flash and goes stridebreaker randiuns and i literally have 0 idea how to beat this, i know i outtrade him in extended fights but he just wont take them, he will whittle me down, blow my ult then just run after me and ult.

any tips on what can be done to deal with this.
