Can anybody recommend any good church communities in Australia?

I live in Sydney. I was raised Catholic but I am studying another bible written by David Bently Hart- he’s a theologian and polyglot. I like his interpretation of the bible.

I’m looking for a community that does prayer/meditation on God , or one which is good at studying the bible in its true meaning.

Appreciate any pointers!
