How to dispose used baby diapers within the city?

I have a 1 year old baby at my home. We mostly use cloth diapers but we also use plastic diapers whenever required. Until 3-4 months ago, the Haritha Karma Sena used to pick up the diaper waste for a fixed cost per month. But now they are saying they won't pick it up. They suggested me to check Aakri app, but I can't find a way to pickup diaper waste in Aakri app as well. What is the way we can safely dispose diapers? Are there any agencies that take care of this? I don't want to bundle up and throw it somewhere like most people do, which is an absolute filthy thing to do.
