Bursary Application- disabilities

I am filling out my bursary application on myTrent, and I am unsure if I should identify as a person with a disability in the Voluntary Self Identification section. I have ADHD that I take medication for, and I struggle with anxiety and depression as well. I do not have any SAS accommodations. Would I be considered a person with a disability? It does state that neurological disorders are included, which leads me to think I would?
