Help?

I’ll start this off by saying I have absolutely no idea what this game is. I’ve seen the name and a few pieces of art in instagram because a lot of Warhammer 40k accounts have posted about it. I’m originally coming from Warhammer but I wanted to see what this is like, since I’m already in love with the aesthetic. My questions are these: What are the lore differences of the factions? What are the gameplay differences and aesthetic differences of each faction? What are the basic rules or how I find them? Where would I buy minis? Do you build the minis or can you only print them? What paints work with the minis? I know it’s a lot of questions but I’m eager to get into this hobby because it looks like a lot of fun and the minis look really cool.
