How bad is the stargazer roof really?

Been looking for a '23 Venza which are SO hard to find and got to wondering if the stargazer roof thingy would really jack up my insurance? How easily would it be damaged and how would it be to get replaced or repaired?

Also on another note, wondering if there is any real difference between a 2021 and a 2023 Venza Limited?
