2017 Toyota Tundra Crewmax TRD Pro w/ 42k miles. 4WH issue???

Has anyone had this happen or know whats the culprit, I think I may but am not really a auto mechanic DIY guy besides brakes, oil changes, stuff I can find on YouTube. When I switch the drivetrain into 4WH from 2WD it switches quick & smooth like it should but when I go to switch back to 2WD it blinks and takes FOREVER to switch back almost as if the actuator is stuck but wouldn’t it be stuck both ways? Any advice or pointers?
