4th Gen Transmission Blew

Just got my new 4thGen about 2 weeks ago. 650 miles in, and the transmission is already got me sidelined. Leaving work yesterday, it was reviving like it was in neutral, put in park and back to drive and was able to crawl up to about 20mph while it whined. Stopped and turned it off and back on, was able to get up to regular road speed only now 1st, and 3rd gear non existent essential. High rpms just to drive 5mph. Was able to drive it at highway speed to get it to a dealer and I now have a loaner and it’s getting a new transmission and torque converter. Who knows what else at this point. No ETA on transmission of course. So at this point it’s a waiting game. I’m not mad, just upset lol. I knew there was chance this could happen. Is there anyone else in a similar situation that has been able to get compensation of some sort from Toyota? Not sure I’m in lemon law territory just yet but looking for advice!
