Considering a Toyota

Actually, I’m more than considering it. I’m looking at a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid XLE with 258,568 miles on it. If this were an American car I’d balk immediately and back off but it ticks a lot of boxes for me. I also drive a lot for work and quite often drive well over 200 miles in a day. When possible I stay on the parkways with less lights or the freeways. My last car was in a car crash a week ago and was totaled so I need to find something sooner rather than later so that working isn’t disrupted. Advice?
