Posterior THR questions

TMI! Lol. I’m having a posterior THR soon and I’m wondering how am I supposed to get around. There are restrictions and I want to make sure I know how to do every day activities. How do I get into bed? I’m barely 5 ft 2 inches and the mattress is 12 inches high. How do I sit on the high toiler seat? My legs don’t touch the ground. I’m on my toes while sitting. Is that safe? How the hell do I clean myself after doing my business?! If I can’t bend forward, can I at least lean on my good side to do a good cleaning job?
