Ice Machine Rent vs Buy

I’m having both left and right THR this year, two separate trips to the OR. Mid 60s in otherwise good shape weight and conditioning. After both hips are healed I’ll also have bilateral hernia repairs, sam year. I haven’t found the rental cost of an ice machine yet. Purchasing one is 130-200$ US. Suggestions on buying vs renting in this situation?
