Anyone’s post op hip look like this?

I posted last week about the horrendous amount of pain I still feel at almost 3mo post op. I see the surgeon for a follow up Friday morning and emailed him these pictures. He will evaluate at my appointment. Anyone’s hip look like this at 3mpo? It’s been consistently twice the size of my non surgical hip since surgery. Icing does nothing, nor do anti-inflammatories. The bare skin photo was a few days post op with a rash from the bandage, which is gone now.
