HVAC + HWT Rentals in House: Deal-breaker?

Experts,

Looking at putting $999,999 offer into a house, and the furnace, A/C, and HWT are all rented. Seller says total for the 3 is about $200/month. I know renting these things is expensive and a nightmare, but our agent says the sellers won't consider buying these things out (all approximately 5 years old) so we would inherit this very expensive headache.

We love the house, and we love the area. Is it dumb to make a decision based on what will probably end up being $15-20K wasted over the lifetime of our home ownership here? Like, should I just pretend we spent $1,015,000 on the house and go on with my day?

I hate this situation but don't know if I'm overreacting. Opinions welcome.
