How Do You Properly Wipe?

I’m 29(F) and I wipe my butt from back to front. I’ve seen where that’s not correct, but I genuinely don’t feel like I can wipe good trying front to back reaching behind me.

My Dad was the one who taught me how to wipe. Is it different for boys and girls in how they can wipe?
