Partial Tonsillectomy - 3 weeks post op but waiting on biopsy results and stressed out of my mind

Hello hello! The recovery went well. Waiting on my follow up appointment on the 7th as well as my biopsy result. I am almost eating and drinking normally although I can sometimes feel a little discomfort now and then. My whole recovery process went smoothly but 2 days before getting my biopsy result back and I am stressed out of my mind. It s mad and I don't know where this is coming from since my ENT seemed pretty confident it was not the start of a lymphoma. However, because he noted on his post op notes the L word along another begnin tumor as the other option I can't help but feeling down. I even chatgpt'd his post op notes and it seemed pretty positive (I know how ridiculous is it that I am even using chatgpt for comfort). Anyway I just want to be done with all of this 💔 On a very positive note, to all the newly operated patients: you got this ! The recovery may seem painful and never ending but it does get a lot lot better 😊
