Unable to make new account IP banned

Hello everyone me and my brother around 6 months ago got banned on tiktok for seemingly no reason. One day we woke up and both of our accounts were banned. No warnings.. nothing. We didn't even post anything nor comment. Although my brother was able to make a new account with a different email, For some reason I am not. Whenever I try to make a new account with a different Gmail or phone number tiktok just says your account has been temporarily suspended. Sometimes it will even glitch and won't let me open the app it will just open and say your account has been suspended. What do I do about this and how do I contact tiktok to let me make another account?
