Considering Class Action Lawsuit against TikTok Shop

As a seller on TikTok Shop, I’ve been facing some severe issues that are affecting my business and wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same. I'm considering initiating a class action lawsuit against TikTok Shop for the following reasons:
- Misinformation: TikTok Shop has been providing misleading information about certain campaigns, mainly from their customer support. I had a customer support agent tell me that TikTok was going to reimburse me for discounts multiple times, but I had another one tell me just today that the customer support agent provided me with misinformation. I lost thousands of dollars because of this.
- Abusive Return Services: The return process for customers is not only difficult but also abusive to us as sellers. We're often left to handle returns and refunds without proper support from TikTok Shop, leading to financial losses and unnecessary stress. Furthermore, everything is incredibly tedious and time consuming, as they told me to submit a ticket for each time there was an issue with refunds, which could take hours if not days.
- Unapproved Discount Changes: TikTok Shop has been altering discounts and promotions without our consent. We set our prices expecting a certain margin, only to find that discounts have been changed without our approval. This deceptive practice is severely impacting our revenue.
