How can i sue tiktok

They owe me over 5k$ from using tiktokshop features through commissions and im doing a small claims on them and i need an address to send the serving papers to here in the usa. The location in LA is not real look in google maps nothing there called the number and its a random guy. Idk what to do can someone help me please
