Higher ticket prices?

Does anyone know why ticket prices have seemed so high recently? Other than playoff games, I have never seen the upper level cost as much as it has recently. It’s hard to find two tickets together without paying nearly $200 for them. Is it the Holliday season driving them up? Is it just increasing with the talent level/demand for tickets? Also if anyone knows where to look for slightly cheaper tickets that would be great. Thunder up!
