Tl;DR: It is really good, with the 3rd and 7th episode being absolutely outstanding. The adaptation is faithful and sometimes goes further than the games with soms extra scenes, but most of the important scenes from the games are in there. No spores in the air and one scene really wanted to see was changed and made less confrontational unfortunately. Pascal and Ramsey act wonderfully, the music is as chilling as always and the environments look stunning.
