"People only leave this game if they've been murdered or banished" do we believe this?

In UK S3 a lot of viewers seem convinced that the players eliminated on the train are coming back. I do think that's likely, but people are referring to the quote Claudia gave in UK S1 about only leaving if banished or murdered. This wasn't even true in the season when she said it, Maddy was offered £3k if she left the game immediately after being voted least trusted. So not a fixed rule and the producers can change things up.

It's a bit mean if it's not the case that they're coming back, because there was no cash reward and in the premise of the game it's understandable you would think you'd get a second chance. In this case it also seemed like really interesting people stepped up.
