Current Event Quration

I have been running multiple Tiers and no matter how far I get, my points for Death Wave & Critical Hits is not changing at all. What am I doing incorrectly...? Critical Hits has been stuck on 7.93mil out of 30.00mil for days now & Death Wave Hits have been stuck at 89.22k out of 100.00k as well. I don't understand why this is happening. Any advice...?
