Help with Sync

Like the title suggest, I need help syncing black hole and golden tower. Without knowing how important it was til reading this reddit page I think have already lowered the UW duration. Is it as simple as reducing black hole to 3 min so the sync every 15 minutes?

I’ve spent the last week saving for black hole coin bonus and now want to maximise income.

Also at tier 9. Should I be putting coins into research or upgrading everything in workshop? Cheers
