Pokemon GO shop using wrong google account

I have 2 google accounts on my phone. 1 has store credit and one doesn't. I am signed into the Play store and gmail with the one that does, and I am logged into Pokemon GO as the one thaf does, but Pokemon GO shop is using the other one. How do I change it? It used to just use the one I was logged into the play store with but it doesn't seem to now.
