Linking account from console to PC

ok I am using PS5 account and my Steam account is the same email as PS5. I try to link in the website do I have to link the PS5 only and keep the steam account for the game unlink or do I have to use another email for steam since the PS5 account using one account already?

I am confuse about the process. If someone can explain it to me or show me a video I will be thankful.
