Need advice getting dialed in

Feeling like I did pre trt. My original testosterone was around 250 and e2 25. I have been going to a clinic and prescribed. 20ml test eod. Felt great at first but now I feel like I did pre trt. Sore muscles and tendons, weak low libido. My testosterone is now 750 with e2 of 39. Those results where with testosterone only. I have tried hcg a couple time since then and felt better for about 5 days each time any ideas? I dont wanna give up because I felt good so good when I started. Thanks.
