Why did my T drop by half?

Been on the same dose since January 2024. 200mg IM in my quad weekly. Current results are from 12/09/24. Testosterone was slowly increasing all year until I got my labs back last week and my total T has been cut in half since July. The only difference I can think of is I was getting predawn syringes until the last 10 weeks when I switched to vials and drawing it myself. It was a 200mg/mL vial so I was drawing up one mL as I should have so I wasn’t misdosing right?

Can anyone help me explain this?
