Car not power on

Happen this morning on a new 2024 M3, not even 2k miles yet. Open door handle lead to no response on car, screen stayed off.

Was able to jump the low voltage battery to get in the car and drive to service center, car no longer would drive once I parked there.

Has anyone had this happen before? What was the diagnosis? Won’t be hearing back from SC until Monday :(.
