Order was handed to neighbour, i requested a refund.

Hello so basically my order was handed to my neighbours. They didn't knock on our door and when we knocked they didn't answer right, so I requested a refund and got it. We have the same landlord so I had told him about it earlier and he messaged them asking to give the package and today they gave it to my dad. What's gonna happen? Should I let temu know?
