Do Truckers Make More Than Teachers?

This is a thought that I've been having hovering around my mind for a while. Ever since I've been having doubts about my career in education, I've noticed the part I've been surprisingly enjoying more often is the commute to work. I enjoy just chilling back and listening to audiobooks while going to work and back home for a while now. And that got me thinking. That's technically what a truck driver usually does. For their whole career.

Now yes, I've heard about the problems that come from being a truck driver. Tight deadlines, vehicle maintenance, long hours without sleep, and no overtime. I have a feeling I'd be trading the problems of being a teacher for a whole new set of problems. But if there are any rare examples of anyone who has traded a career in education for this career, can I get your viewpoint?
