albany apartments?

hi there

i’m moving to tampa from Ohio in March. really wanted to live in the hyde park area in a townhome because we have a large dog. has anyone gone by or seen / know anyone who’s lived at the albany townhomes? 515 s albany ave

as i’ve done more research on apartments in the area, concerned about flooding and such!
