Feeling pain depressed

My jaw was injured 6 mos ago by being pushed back hard. Over the months, zi developed headsches jaw pain, and now pain in the muscles around my ears and under them. Medial pyterid (?) Muscle and masseter. This is the latest symptom. I paid a fortune for treatment. Just super depressed and wrrd. Also facial chin tingling, which I'm reading can come from jaw injury. I'm told take my meds when I complain. Thank you all
