Single Player Games Exciting to Watch

My fiancé isn't an avid gamer herself, but really enjoys watching me play. I've already finished Breath of the Wild and just beat Tears of the Kingdom a few days ago. The final boss fight/scene in TotK had her so exhilarated she was shaking with excitement. I'd really like to recreate that experience for her with another game.

Does anyone have any suggestions for games with any combination of exciting combat/scenary/music for the Switch? Difficulty isn't a concern. So far, my own research has led me to consider Hollow Knight and Hades/Hades II as possibilities.
