Game suggestions for a non Mario lover?

My girlfriend bought me a switch and I’m super grateful! However, I’m struggling to find a game to play. I’m not a fan of the Mario series or Japanese art styled games.

On my computer, I’ve played the sh*t out of Minecraft, stardew valley, terraria and I’ve previously played and enjoyed animal crossing, undertale, cuphead and farming sim.

Quite a mix of genres I have enjoyed. Just looking for some games to play. I understand a switch isn’t ideal for someone who doesn’t like Mario or anime styled games but I’m sure there’s a hidden gem on the market somewhere. Thanks!

EDIT: Thank you all for the lovely comments and suggestions. I’m currently mid way through a game called “The Last Campfire” which I’m really loving. After I’ve completed it, I will get round to your suggestions!
