Japanese vs American version of OLED?

So I'm looking to upgrade my lite to the oled version and when I look online I keep seeing normal ones and then ones that say (Japanese version) in the listing. They're usually $20-$50 cheaper. Is there any difference between the American model and this Japanese model? I'd like to buy the cheaper one but not if there's gonna be cons to it and that's why it costs less lol. I can't find anything online on what exactly the difference is 🤷‍♀️.

The listings on the Best Buy website say "Japanese version, same power specifications as North American version". But don't say anything about what's different that means they're $50 cheaper than the North American switches.

Is there any downside to the Japanese ones that make spending $50 on the North American one a better choice?
