Google will soon allow device fingerprinting on February 16

Google will no longer prohibit device fingerprinting for companies who use its advertising products. This is how match group enforces a ban on its users. They collect data on you such as ip, device id, email, Google/Apple account etc. companies use this for advertising purposes but match group is going to be able to more easily ban users on android devices.
