Most of the posts I found on this game were pretty old, so I figured I may as well give my 2 cents.
The offer gave about 4000 SB in total to reach level 500, and took about a week or so to complete (Though I could have done it faster had I not been caught up in work). Since this is a slots game, I did mostly left it on idle while I did other things, and in total, I spent about 75 in game hours to get to the required level.
I didn't find the offer too hard since unlike many other casino games, the xp you get doesn't seem nearly as relative to the amount of coins you bet. While there is an obvious difference between the xp you gain betting 15M vs 50k, the difference I saw by no means was 300x (Amusing enough, I won the grand jackpot for 1.9B while testing this, albeit too late since i had already finished the offer). So my recommendation is to bet relatively low.
Here are a few tips if you consider doing this offer:
-Do your daily Blitz, they're often easy and awards hundred of thousands of coins to millions later on, which helps make up for the small losses you'll take
-Save your Wcases, especially the big and XL ones. you'll sometimes get a blitz quest that requires you to open them and while you do get some small cases naturally if you have less than 3 total cases, its better to hold on to them. The Big and XL cases have a chance to give an 1.5x XP boost, but if you have a 2x one from the login, they'll become 2x and stack.
-The game gives you 10 dollars of credit, save it for when they give you a coupon for purchases, I ended up spending 5 dollars of credit with a 777% coupon and ended up with a reserve of 250M, so its nice to have as backup (Also, this won't count towards the purchase reward).
-Do the daily card spins, its not much, but because you'll get so many dupes, its just free coins
-I didn't find a purchase that was only a dollar, so I ended up just buying the cheapest thing I could find to at least get a 1:1 return, which was a big Wcase (3x minicases are the same price), however, I only did this after i got level 500 since I never needed coins
